In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing, registering on, or using the agam89 Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with agam89's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and agam89 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous representations, communications, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on agam89, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and are at least 21 years of age. agam89 does not permit minors to register, wager, or receive any promotional benefit. Providing a false date of birth is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you. While agam89 primarily serves Indonesian players, it is your personal responsibility to determine whether your local laws permit online gambling activity.
3. You are not registered as a self-excluded player on agam89 or any affiliated platform, and you have not been voluntarily or compulsorily excluded from wagering by any regulatory authority.
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any other person.
5. You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of agam89 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
6. All information you provide during registration and KYC verification is truthful, complete, and current.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) Account on agam89 at any given time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of outstanding balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile telephone number. You must keep this information current and notify agam89 of any changes by contacting customer support.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account username and password;
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorized by you;
• Ensuring that you log out of your Account at the end of each session on shared or public devices.

agam89 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and notify agam89 support immediately at support@agam89.cam.

Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any other point where agam89 deems it necessary for compliance or fraud-prevention purposes, Members may be required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.

KYC verification typically requires submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of a valid Indonesian National ID Card (KTP) or valid passport. The document must show your full name, photograph, date of birth, and document number.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, evidence that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your name (e.g., a bank account statement showing your name and account number).

agam89 will use reasonable efforts to complete KYC review within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation during normal operating periods. Withdrawal processing will be suspended pending satisfactory completion of KYC for Accounts subject to a verification request.

All documents submitted are handled in accordance with agam89's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards. Documents are used solely for identity verification and are not shared with third parties except as required by law or the Platform's licensing authority.

agam89 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods:

• Indonesian Banks: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

All deposits are credited to your agam89 Balance in IDR. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

agam89 does not accept deposits from third parties. You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from a method belonging to another person will be returned, subject to any applicable processing fees, and may trigger a KYC review of your Account.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the agam89 account dashboard, subject to the following conditions:

1. The Account must have completed KYC verification in full.
2. The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Available Balance — i.e., the real-money portion of your Balance after deducting any Bonus Funds or balances subject to an active Wagering Requirement.
3. There must be no open dispute, investigation, or security review affecting your Account at the time of the withdrawal request.
4. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.

agam89 processes standard withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes following approval:

• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, Mandiri): 5–30 minutes during operational hours (WIB);
• E-Wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): 2–15 minutes during operational hours (WIB).

These timeframes are indicative and may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. agam89 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request of any amount where it considers such a request necessary for compliance or fraud-prevention purposes.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. agam89 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

agam89 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events in the Indonesian cultural calendar such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).

The following general terms apply to all bonuses offered on agam89 unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Members only. New-member welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only and may be claimed once per household, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Each promotion carries a Wagering Requirement, which must be met in full before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated on each offer page.
• Only real-money wagers count toward satisfying Wagering Requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagers placed using Bonus Funds may or may not count depending on the specific offer terms.

All bets placed on agam89 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product or market. agam89 offers betting markets across multiple categories including football (bandar bola — football bookmaking and mix parlay accumulator bets), live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slot games (slot gacor — high-payout slots), and crash games. The rules for each product category are published on the Platform.

General betting rules applicable across all markets include:

1. Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by agam89. A bet is confirmed only once agam89 has issued a bet confirmation reference. In the event of a system error during the bet placement process, agam89 will rely on its server records to determine whether a valid bet exists.
2. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed on each market at the time of bet placement. agam89 reserves the right to vary limits at any time, including for individual Members, without prior notice.
3. Errors and Manifest Mistakes: agam89 reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets where odds were set in error due to a technical fault, human error, or any other cause resulting in a materially incorrect price. agam89 will notify affected Members and return stakes for voided bets.
4. Event Cancellation: Where a sports event is cancelled, suspended, or otherwise fails to produce a result, agam89 will void affected bets and return the wagered stake to Members' Balances in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules.
5. Live Betting: In-play or live betting markets may be suspended or settled at any point during an event at agam89's discretion, including in response to technological disruptions or integrity concerns relating to the event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the agam89 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or using false details, for the purpose of evading restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses;
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated mechanism to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players in multi-player games, including exchanging information about hand holdings, chip-dumping, or coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit the house edge;
• Placing bets where you have access to insider information that is not available to the public or to agam89 at the time the market is offered;
• Arbitrage betting or matched betting using Bonus Funds in a manner designed to eliminate or significantly reduce risk while satisfying Wagering Requirements;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including using stolen payment credentials, disputed chargeback abuse, or identity theft;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, security measures, or game logic;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering or terrorist financing purpose.

All content on the agam89 Platform — including but not limited to the agam89 brand name, logo, trade dress, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of agam89 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a registered Member. This license does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use the agam89 brand, logo, or any Platform content for commercial purposes without express written consent;
• Screen-scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Unauthorized use of any agam89 intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, agam89 and its affiliates, directors, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof;
• Technical errors, system failures, or connectivity issues beyond agam89's reasonable control;
• Acts or omissions of third-party service providers, including payment processors and game content providers.

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, agam89's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform during the 12-month period immediately preceding the date of the relevant claim.

agam89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• agam89 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful use of the Platform;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• You are found to be under 21 years of age;
• You have self-excluded from agam89 or any affiliated platform and attempt to re-register;
• agam89 is required to do so by a licensing authority, law enforcement agency, or court order.

Upon account closure for non-breach reasons (e.g., voluntary closure or responsible gaming self-exclusion), agam89 will return any Available Balance — i.e., real-money funds net of any forfeited Bonus Funds — to your verified payment method within a reasonable period.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting agam89 customer support. Members who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons should refer to the Responsible Gaming page for details of the self-exclusion tools available.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your agam89 Account or the Platform, you must first contact agam89 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Complaints may be submitted via:

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally with agam89 customer support, the matter shall be referred to the dispute resolution process specified by agam89's applicable licensing authority. The decision of the designated adjudicator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Bet settlements that have been confirmed by agam89's official server records will not be overturned on the basis of a Member's subjective perception of the outcome.

agam89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version of the Terms in effect at the date of your last use of the Platform governs your use during that session.

Where amendments are material — for example, changes to withdrawal processing rules, bonus eligibility criteria, or dispute resolution procedures — agam89 will provide at least 14 days' prior notice via a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, via email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting support.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including their formation, interpretation, or validity — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which agam89 holds its applicable international gaming license.

Nothing in this clause limits agam89's ability to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information. Nothing in this clause prevents agam89 from complying with mandatory legal requirements applicable in any jurisdiction from which a Member accesses the Platform.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
